Fun in D-Light Studios - with Sophie

Hi gang, I had an amazing opportunity in meeting a lot of talented people and using a beautiful space to experiment my photography in. D-Light Studios, which is multi-functional space located in Dublin 1 , it is a converted warehouse used primary for film and photography. In this studio there was an event organized called "Studio Project X" which held different activities, talks and networking for models and photographers (free tea/coffee and snacks included!!! ) .

I went to the event with my always dependable model Sophie who is pretty much taking over my page as I constantly shoot with her. It was a pleasure using the location and I love how the photos came out although I did only a quick retouch on them.

Hope you guy's enjoy these!

Nicole and Sunset

Hi gang, here is the full set of images from a photo-shoot with the amazing model Nicole aka Ballsy Wallsy as also known on her Facebook page. There is quite a funny story behind this shoot as the location where we were was a private property which we got locked in for a few hours and had to have the Gardi (Irish police) and the fire brigade get us out.

I had to work with a client on Friday but I came to the city center too early so I decided to do some casual shots of birds and around the St Stephens Green area in general. Quite pleased with these images!

Twins - Photo series 👯

"Twins: two unique souls united by birth."  - Author: Unknown I hope everyone had a lovely weekend. Today I want to share some of my most recent work which I am very happy with. The girls are Margo and Nika who are twins. We all work in the same place and I asked if they would be interested in a photoshoot with me. It was always my dream to capture two twins! The girls are natural, they are confident and there is a great atmosphere between the two as they are very close. The concept was simple, have the two of them dress alike and pose together. It was the posing part however that was quite tricky. As someone who works primarily as a portrait photographer with prior modelling experience, I was able to pose the girls however it was combining the two of them posing that proved difficult. The posing had to be done in a tasteful way as the girls are only 17 years old and to make sure that both of them look natural and comfortable.  We decided to do the shoot on a Monday ...
